To obtain the benefit of the 10 years conditional warranty, you are requested to register your purchased by filing in this card and returning it to Sealy Asia (Hong Kong) Limited within 14 days from date of goods receipt.
In case of getting warranty service, customer MUST present the original sales invoice from the retail store where the purchase was made. Any personal information provided to Sealy will be held in accordance with Sealy's Privacy Policy.
