Sealy FlexiRest Adjustable Bed system is warranted against defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of 3 years, from the warranty commencement date (ie. Delivery date).

3-year-Warranty on:

  • Drive motors
  • Massage motors

1-year-Warranty on:

  • remote control

Metal Frame 1st year – Complimentary

The Warranty does not cover:

  • Any damage caused by the purchaser or contractor
  • Any unauthorized repair or replacement of the unit’s parts;
  • Any mishandle of Product (whether in transit or by other means), subjected to physical or electrical abuse or misuse, or otherwise operated in any way inconsistent with the operation and maintenance procedures outlined in the Owner’s Manual, this warranty, and any other applicable document published or approved by Sealy
  • Any unnecessary service call, e.g. unsatisfactory power connection found. Service charge may occur.
  • If the recommended weight restrictions are not followed (320kg on all sizes). The warranty will be considered void.

  • If used more than Recommended weight limits (all sizes are 320 kg), the warranty service will be deemed invalid;
