Buying a Sealy mattress is an important step in getting a good night's sleep. Although our products come with a 10-year warranty, you can still get the most out of your product through some simple daily maintenance.

Do not fold the mattress, as this can cause damage to the frame.
Do not stand or jump on the mattress, as this will damage the spring structure and mattress performance.
Please use a mattress protector to ensure your mattress is clean.
Choose a suitable bed frame. Using a bed frame that lacks proper support may cause your mattress to sag.
For customers using rib racks, please note that the distance between racks should not be greater than the width of the ribs themselves. We recommend that you place a piece of cloth between the ribbed frame and the mattress to prevent the ribbed frame from scratching the surface of the mattress.
Dry cleaning chemicals can cause damage to mattress materials.
It is very important to turn the mattress regularly. The mattress is designed to provide the most form-fitting support, so it is normal for the top layer of the mattress to compress slightly. Turning the mattress regularly can evenly distribute body pressure to different parts of the mattress, making the mattress more durable.

How to turn your mattress regularly
Regularly rotating the mattress position is very important. Please have two people work together, holding the corners of the mattress and rotating it 180 degrees clockwise on the bed frame, then align it with the base. Please note that the mattress handles are for repositioning purposes only and should not be used to lift or carry the mattress.
warn: Please do not turn the mattress over alone as this can easily cause physical injury.
Turn the bed regularly
- For the first 3 months, turn the bed every two weeks
- After the period, turn the bed every two to three months

Electric Bed Frame User Guide
Do not place any objects between the electric lifting devices to avoid any damage to the components.
When the electric bed frame is in operation, please pay special attention to children and pets in the household to prevent any injuries or damage.
Please do not press more than one button at the same time to avoid causing malfunction of the machine parts.
To avoid causing any damage to the bed frame structure, do not:
- Place any weight on the bed
- Getting in and out of bed
Before activating the electric bed frame, please ensure...
- The safety lever has been properly retracted in place
- There are no obstacles during the opening and closing process
It is normal for the electric bed frame to make some noise during opening and closing.
When the bed frame is fully opened, please fasten the safety bar.
The maximum angle reached by the electric bed frame may vary with each opening.

Warranty service registration
Please log in within 14 days from the date of purchase"About Us", then select "Warranty Service Registration", fill in and submit the relevant information. Please keep the original invoice to enjoy Sealy mattress warranty service.
Sealy Asia (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as Sealy), according to the warranty terms, provides a 10-year limited warranty service for your Sealy mattress.
The years of use below are calculated from the date of purchase.
| Years 1 to 2 | If a product problem is confirmed by a Sealy representative to be caused by a production error, Sealy may choose to repair or replace the product free of charge. |
If you apply for warranty service after two years of use and need to replace the defective goods, the customer will need to pay part of the fee**. The charging standards are as follows:
| Year 3 | 30% of suggested retail price (RRP) |
| 4th year | 40% of suggested retail price (RRP) |
| 5th year | 50% of suggested retail price (RRP) |
| 6th year | 60% of suggested retail price (RRP) |
| Year 7 to Year 10 | 70% of recommended retail price (RRP) |
**This fee is calculated based on Sealy’s recommended retail price (RRP) of the same model or the same level of goods at that time when applying for warranty service.

The transportation costs for warranty services are borne by the customer.
Home inspection fee
The door-to-door fee is HKD 500 and is the responsibility of the customer.
Supply of the same model and materials
If the same model or material in question cannot be replaced, Sealy reserves the right to replace it with materials of equal quality or models of the same grade.
How to apply for warranty service
Please contact the Sealy salesperson by calling the contact number of the retail location printed on the invoice. The salesperson will give you a "Sealy Mattress Warranty Service Application Form". After filling it out and presenting the original invoice, you can apply for warranty service.
Warranty services include:
- Loose or damaged springs or frames;
- Exposed springs or frames;
Warranty service does not include the following terms:
- Mattress cover (including any stains, scorch marks);
- Damage caused by improper use and/or handling;
- Less than 1 ½” indentation caused by body weight under normal use;
- Armrests: only used for positioning and moving the mattress after it is placed, and cannot bear the weight of the mattress;
- Buckling of the frame caused by moving and folding the mattress;
- Individual preferences for mattress comfort;
- 因使用不適當的床架而造成之床褥損壞;
- 於香港特別行政區境外使用的床褥或床架;
- Products sold as "display goods".
床架不設保用
Sealy只提供 電動床架 / 氣壓床架所配備的 Electric lifting device 及 pneumatic arm 6 months warranty (calculated from delivery date)
If the electric lifting device and pneumatic arm are determined to have production errors in material or workmanship quality, Sealy will replace the problematic parts.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural wear and tear, modification, reorganization or accident.
